1. The units of the Pestana Group, acting under the "Pestana Hotels and Resorts" & "Pousadas de Portugal" brands, consider all reservations for stays at their units, contracted via the Strawberry World-Travel Agency, Lda. websites, cancelled, where the check-in takes place from the 27th of July 2012 (inclusive).
2. This is due to the fact that Strawberry World has failed to comply with payments due to the Pestana Group, not having paid any reservations, either where check-in was prior to July 27, or when check in is due on July 27 or at a later date.
3. The Pestana Group consistently and repeatedly asked Strawberry World to timely inform their clients of the cancellation of their reservations.
