In addition to being transversal to both hotel brands, the new loyalty program presents clear and unique advantages to its members:
- The number of points received depends on the amount paid per stay. You can earn points even in promotional campaigns with reduced prices per night.
- Customers earn points equivalent to their spending for accommodation and food & beverage.
- Get 10 or 12 points (depending on whether you are a Silver or Gold card holder) for every Euro paid at time of check-out (without VAT), if you book through www.pestana.com, www.pousadas.pt or through the group’s central reservation bureau.
- If a reservation has been made through a travel agent or tour operator, the customer card holder will be entitled to a fixed amount of points per night (250 points) and the equivalent in points on all your catering and bar consumptions.
- The Pestana Priority Guest card bearer will have discounts on expenditure on food and beverage: 5% Silver and 10% for Gold (excluding banquets and groups).
- If you are not staying at the hotel or Pousada, as a Pestana Priority Guest card holder you’ll be entitled to the same right to discounts in restaurant and bar expenses (excluding banquets and groups).
- All points earned can be converted into nights at the Pestana Hotels and the Pousadas de Portugal and upgrades.
- There is no restriction of dates, use of points or points’ accumulation, during their validity period.
- Points are valid for 24 months.
