You will find the restaurant - Pimenta Preta (black pepper) at the Pestana Palm Gardens resort in Carvoeiro.

The restaurant has a strong Mediterranean influence but doesn’t forget the magnificent flavours of traditional Portuguese cuisine. Each delicacy has its own personality and a refined touch. The menu changes every three months to reflect the season of the year.

Pimenta Preta also offers a fine selection of Portuguese regional wines to compliment each dish. To maintain their wine selection in tip top condition, the restaurant ensures that storage temperatures are strictly controlled.

Nuno Diogo, owner of the Pimenta Preta considers himself to be a passionate restaurateur and maintains a quality of service from kitchen through to dining room.
