Inspired on a mediterranean gastronomy, the Chief Álvaro Costa, first suggests the "Sardines in Carrot Butter and Coriander, Small Codfish Conde da Guarda Puff-Pastry, Tandoori Olive Oil"; try next the "Black Pork Tenderloin, Grilled Porto Wine Vermicelli, Bread Sausage in Citronelle and Dark Cardamom Broth"; and at last enjoy the "Classic Quindim, Foam of Coffee and Wild Fruits Cocktail".
