How can I make a hotel booking with the Pestana App?

Nothing could be easier! Open the app, choose your destination and click on the Book icon. Then, select your stay dates and choose the room(s) you like the most. Finally, after proceeding with payment, a booking confirmation is sent to your email.

How can I access the best prices?

The app will always present you the lowest available prices. You can also enroll in Pestana Guest Club, that will provide you with member-exclusive discounts and many other instant benefits that will make your Pestana experience memorable.

How can I access other App services?

To access the various services, select the Hotel or Pousada de Portugal you are at and enter your Pestana Guest Club number and password. Alternatively, some services may require your name, phone and room number.

I checked-in online through the App. Do I need to visit the reception?

By checking-in online, you will be able pick your documentation and room key more quickly at the reception, where our staff will always be to welcome you.

Please note that Online Check-in is only active for some Hotels and Pousadas de Portugal.

How can I access the App services – room service, book a table, etc?

Select the Hotel or Pousada where you are staying, select the icon corresponding to the service and simply place your request by indicating your Pestana Guest Club number and password or your name, phone and room number.

Can the App be used while I am away from the hotel?

While you are away from the hotel, you can use Pestana App to:
- Get local tips for places to visit, activities, restaurants, bars, tours and much more
- Access to a variety of press during your stay for free
- Book a table at Hotels and Pousadas restaurants and check their menus
- Chat directly with your Hotel or Pousada reception
