FUNCHAL
1 - The Regional Government offers 1 test per passenger. If the guest did not take the test on the return trip, the return test can be booked on their site.

2 - If the Guest has already taken the test on the return trip, he/she can consult the list of laboratories announced on the site:

Note: The offered test does not apply if the client has already been vaccinated.

PORTO SANTO
1 - The Regional Government offers 1 test per passenger. If the guest did not take the test on the return trip, the return test can be booked on their site.

2 - There is a laboratory at Porto Santo Airport available to perform PCR or antigen tests for passengers who need it on their return. This service should only be used as a last resort, as capacity will be limited. The Synlab will be located on the 1st floor, inside the Congress Hall terminal.
To request the PCR test at the airport, passengers should make an appointment by sending an email to: covid.madeira@synlab.pt. 
This laboratory will also have, for emergencies only, an "express" PCR, with results in 3 hours.
Note: The offered test does not apply if the client has already been vaccinated.

AZORES

1. PASSENGERS WITH NEGATIVE PCR TEST PERFORMED IN CONTINENTAL PORTUGAL OR MADEIRA
All tests are co-financed by the Regional Government of the Azores (1 test before travel, test on day 6 and day 12). The first test is done in the laboratories that have a partnership with the Government where you must present your flight ticket to confirm your flight to the Azores. The test must be done at least 72 hours before the flight; List of Laboratories here
You should fill in the form My Safe Azores and deliver it on arrival with the negative test (https://mysafeazores.com/);
Tests on days 6 and 12 are done at the Health Centre of Vila Franca do Campo. Guest/Hotel will receive a call to book the tests;
Foreign guests who are in mainland Portugal before travelling to the Azores can use the laboratories in partnership with the Government and perform the test.

2. PASSENGERS WITH A NEGATIVE TEST DONE ABROAD
The first test is paid by you;
You must fill in the form My Safe Azores and deliver it on arrival together with the negative test (https://mysafeazores.com/);
Tests on days 6 and 12 are co-financed by the Government and done at the Health Centre of Vila Franca do Campo. Guest/Hotel receives a call to book the tests;

3. PASSENGERS WITHOUT NEGATIVE PCR TEST DONE AT ORIGIN
The first test is paid by the Regional Government of the Azores and is done at the airport;
Wait in prophylactic isolation for the result of the test until 24 hours;
Tests on the 6th and 12th are paid for by the Government and done at the Health Centre in Vila Franca do Campo. The Guest/Hotel receives a call to schedule the tests;
