The Pestana App is a free mobile app, available on iOS or Android, that gives you access to a wide range of services before, during and after your stay. To download, simply go to the respective Store and search for “App Pestana Hotel Group”.

How can I make a hotel booking with the Pestana App?
Nothing could be easier: choose the destination and date of your stay. Check for availability from the Hotels and Pousadas de Portugal in the various Pestana Hotel Group destinations; select the room(s) you like the most and proceed with payment. A booking confirmation is sent by email.
How can I make the most of the available discounts on the Pestana App?
The App is linked to the official Pestana Hotel Group website, giving you guaranteed access to the most advantageous rates at the time of booking. You will have access to the prices and promotions reserved for Pestana Guest Club clients. For hotel bookings on the App, there are also special offers, at selected hotels.
I checked-in online through the App. Do I need to visit the reception?
You will always be welcome at our receptions. Checking-in online allows our teams to have the documentation and room key ready when you arrive. At some hotels, a room door opening feature is available via a digital key, available on the app itself.
How does one access the App services – room service, table reservation at the restaurant, etc?
It's very simple. Select the Hotel or Pousada where you are staying, select the icon corresponding to the required services– place your request for room service, maintenance, room cleaning, table reservation or restaurant menus.
How does one log into the Pestana App?
To access the various services, select the Hotel or Pousada you wish to view and then enter your Pestana Guest Club (PGC) client username and your password. If you're not a PGC client yet, please join at
pestana.com.
I am away from the hotel. What can the App be used for?
The App is useful even when away from your accommodation. Connecting directly to Google Maps allows you to always find your orientation. In addition, you have access to exclusive content about the destination so you can make the most of your stay, with tips on nearby restaurants, activities not to miss and interesting places to visit.
