With its local cuisine from São Tomé e Príncipe, as well as Portuguese and international dishes, our restaurant offers you the best culinary experience in the city.

It has a very original menu, which reads like a newspaper, offering, in addition to suggestions for starters, main dishes, pizzas and pastas, also a map with suggested activities and some useful explanations. Here you can also have breakfast every day, between 7 am and 11 am, with everything you need to start the day full of energy.

At lunch and dinner, you can find international salads, pizzas cooked in a wood-burning oven and delicious local dishes, such as fish calulu, fried seafood or “molho no fogo”, a typical local dish from São Tomé e Príncipe. Of course, you can also order a “bitoque” (steak) with egg and chips, in an authentic Portuguese style. This is a Portuguese hotel, after all. Cap your meal with a delicious chocolate mousse or a fresh coconut panacotta and and have your coffee on the esplanade, enjoying the sweet embrace of the tropical heat.
