Then there is fish coated with breadcrumbs with almond; roast beef, exotic side dishes and fresh salads, always slightly spicy or unexpected. If you want to experience true South African flavours, drink a can of tomato juice or have a Castel, the most famous lager beer in the country. At lunch, the chicken salad with avocado, the steak rolls and the delicious toasted sandwiches will help you recharge batteries without that drowsy feeling. Offers "À La Carte" service with contemporary South African cuisine. Breakfast packs are available on request for those setting off early in the day.

With a buffet system, you'll find a mixture of typical flavors and more international options, but the food is truly tasty and delicious. There are some specialties, such as roasted pineapple salad with ginger, which is a must; and the gem squash, which is a small roasted pumpkin best eaten with a large piece of butter spread on top.
