Highlight for the signature cuts, soft and succulent Loin Ribs or the ossobuco Rib Beef Shank cooked at a low temperature for 18 hours.

In the classic cuts: the Tomahawk, a beef cut like no other, a truly unique experience; the famous T-bone steak, matured for 30 days; Wagyu beef, considered one of the most delicious in the world, or the Prime Rib with its unrivalled succulence.

All the cuts are accompanied by Café de Paris butter, tomato, roasted garlic and flower of salt garnishes. There are other optional side dishes such as Truffle mashed potato, creamy rice with smoked sausages and sprouts, roasted mushrooms with thyme, scrambled eggs with Iberian ham, among others, as well as a variety of sauces: :aioli, spicy RIB, chimichurri, béarnaise, Azorean cheese or pepper.

RIB BEEF & WINE also offers some "Cool Alternatives", among the variety of options the highlights are the smoked tofu beef, Korean sauce and sweet potato chips, as well as the saffron risotto with glazed cauliflower, pistachio and Parmesan cheese mousse.

Among the seafood options we suggest the tuna tataki, lobster and a selection of grilled shellfish, or even the fish of the day.

Our suggestion for the best way to finish the meal is with the Ultimate Sin, a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, a lime and lemon merengue pie and a lemon sorbet. There are other options such as salted caramel, chocolate, hazelnut crumble and thyme ice cream.
