For lunch and dinner, fresh fish is bought from the fishermen, and you can count on grouper, mackerel, spider crab, lobster and octopus on the menu.
All the vegetables and fruit are produced by the hotel itself, so you can be sure that the succulent baked sweet potato and aromatic tomato gratin have been freshly picked.
The breakfast breads and cakes are made in the hotel's own kitchen.
On Saturdays, an open-air barbecue dinner is served with performances by local music and dance groups.
