- Choose your Destination: Explore participating hotels across Pestana Hotels & Resorts, Pousadas de Portugal and CR7 Lifestyle Hotels.
- Contact Support: Send your request via our Help Center chat, email or phone, including the voucher code and desired dates.
- Reservation Confirmation: Our team will process your request and send the formal confirmation by email.
Important: You must present your voucher or gift card (digital or physical) at check‑in. Otherwise, the stay will be charged according to the best available rate of the day on pestana.com.
- Vouchers (Premium Check‑in, Luxury, Gold and Gourmet): You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before check‑in, provided the new dates fall within the original 12‑month validity period. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or no‑shows result in full forfeiture of the voucher.
- Gift Card: Reservations made with a Gift Card follow the conditions of the rate selected at booking. If you cancel within the free‑cancellation period, the amount is credited back to your Gift Card balance for future use.
- Blackout Dates: Unless otherwise stated, Experience and Gourmet Vouchers cannot be used during specific festive periods: 24, 25 and 31 December, and Easter Sunday.
- Municipal Tourist Tax: Local tourist taxes applied by municipalities are not included in the voucher value and must be paid directly at the hotel reception.
- Extra Charges and Supplements: Any additional consumption, room‑type upgrades, extra beds or menu supplements outside the voucher scope must be settled at check‑out.
- Includes: A meal for two with a special offering from the chef. Set menu or buffet. Drinks not included.
- Redemption: Valid as a dining experience at Pousadas de Portugal and Pestana Hotels restaurants in Portugal.
- Valid dates: Subject to restaurant availability. Not valid on 24, 25 and 31 December, or on Easter Sunday.

Payments made through an ATM can take up to 48 hours to be processed (working days). If you pay through an ATM at the weekend, payment confirmation will only reach us on the first subsequent business day, meaning your Voucher will only be sent after this date. There are no deliveries at weekends.

No. To use a Gift Card, enter the code in the field provided when booking. If you have already made a booking and want to use a Gift Card for said booking, you will need to cancel the initial booking and rebook. Please note that in this situation the prices may have already changed.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or returned once redeemed. You can exchange your Gift Card up to 30 days before it expires. The amount of the exchange must be greater than the amount of the original purchase upon presentation of your invoice, and it will be processed at the amount of the initial cost of the Gift Card. We do not exchange Gift Cards purchased at retail or by entities other than the customer. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or for any product or service other than that purchased. You can return Gift Cards up to 15 days after the date of your purchase. Refunds may take 10 to 15 working days.
