The restaurant is transformed throughout the day so you never get bored with the proposals or feel that their choices are monotonous. For breakfast, you will find an excellent selection of fruits, juices, eggs and breads, which help you start your day with energy. Of course you can try to be as Catalan as possible and taste the delicious pan con tomate (bread with tomato) and a latte. But you can also try tortillas, sausages, cheeses and a great variety of sweets and butters. Whatever your preference is, and either you look for the terrace or the living room for the first meal of the day, you will not certainly get out of the hotel feeling hungry.
Over lunch time, executive menus offer international appetizers, delicious courses and fresh desserts in a quiet and sophisticated atmosphere. At dinner you can opt for the themed menus of the day - nights of Portugal, Italy, USA, Spain and Brazil - or for the tasting proposals. Very complete, be sure to taste the wonderful crystal bread with tomato and various types of Spanish cheese: Manchego, Goat, Roquefort and Basque (Idiazabal) which do the honors of the various regions. The typical Escalibada, the hot ham croquettes arriving at your table and the delicious wild potatoes with aioli sauce are also part of a sealed and delicious meat loaf with potatoes. Finish with a deconstruction of Dracula - a really sweet, not daunting at all proposal of the classic Catalana dessert: vanilla ice cream, grenadine and coca-cola.
